Western extension? Yes, because the Sloane Rangers of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are SO strapped for cash, with their gas guzzling Land Rovers.

Charge not rising - I agree with you on that one.

But everything else good that has happened under Johnsons Mayoralty has been stuff implimented under Livingstone

I still see bendy busses. congestion charge may not have gone up, but other forms of indirect taxation have gone up. which equates to a far greater cost for me than a £25 pound daily charge.
also £25 pound is only for high emissions vehicles. this will interalise the neg externality. it would also help the gov deficit

Boris is a complete joke. I personally know him, and feel he is a c0ck to the largest extent.
He is not honest, he is using the mayor of london status as a benchmark for PM
