@idster7 Newspapers were only produced for the city that they were printed in and back then there weren't that many people in each city. Not nearly as many as today.

how were newspapers mass produced if it took a couple hours for each page to dry individually?

@FreggieProductions yup i do, i've read few old documents and it really made me kinda angry, the s that look like f you mentioned, usually used when the letter s is in the middle of a word like 'best'.

Believe it or not that was an "s" in "best." In the 1700's an "s" sometimes looked like an "f."
