You are landing on your toes, prevent that. Start in pronated grip (palm facing self), and end the lift in hammer grip (db above head with palm facing head). If you are snatching with your left hand, land in a lunge with your opposite leg (right leg) in front and arm fully locked, then push yourself up. This done properly at least 6 times each side will have your heart rate up to about 175 easy (depending on weight of course)

its called triple cause hips knees and ankles, no ankle explosiveness if you drive through the top with the heels
