Showing Hollering Hill Little Prince aka "Prince" at the May Welsh show in Harrington. The class is Section A & B Confirmation English Pleasure Adult. Keep in mind, he has only been used for pony rides since last July! So I think he did pretty good, although we didn't get the credit we deserved since we don't show as regulars on the circuit :( Anyways, just more practice for the fair. :-D By the way, this is the first time he has been ridden English in a few years. And for those of you who would like to know... Prince is a Section B Registered Welsh gelding, 14 years old. He was just cut last year and still thinks he is a stud sometimes :D

Edit: This was supposed to have music to it! I dunno what happened :( Sorry, now you have to listen to mommom, connie and gordon talk the whole time, ooops!

  • Excuse You.. I Was At That Show And Im A "Regular" [As You Would Say] On The Circuit. These Shows Are Completely Fair.. And Your Placing Was What You Deserved. You Got Knocked Back For Conformation And Your Turn Out.. And Your Pony Had No Forward Movement! Also.. You Ran Into Your Canter Transitions! The Circuit Is Way To Competitive For That! You Should Think Again Before You Blame A Judge For Your Poor Performance!

  • i know his performance wasn't of quality. he didn't deserve to get knocked down for his conformation. he has some of the best conformation around. maybe you should learn more about horses and ponies instead of just hopping on pre-trained animals and trying to look good.

  • and if you must know, we where asked to come to the show the day before so that there would be enough people in each class so that you could continue to show. i have ridden on circuits all my life and i know how they run. so think again before you come on my page bashing me.

  • did you guys place? hes a cutie! i agree with the lady talking, stay away from the palamino! he was being a bit of a shit :P

  • haha he was being like that. we placed ahead of the palomino in every class but behind the other two or three. the others show regularly on the circuit and we don't so that gave them a huge advantage with the judge, even though it isn't supposed to be like that :( but i was happy, prince was awesome as always :)

  • Anytime! :) I love Prince :-D

  • You have lovely soft seat and hands and quiet position on your pony. Makes a nice combination.

  • Gosh I can't beleive how different showing is in England compared to USA. And how different your Welshies look to ours. And how differently you show them as in the way of going and turnout!

Anyway aside from my musings you did a good job :)

  • I Dont Get Pretrained Automatic Hores And Ponies.. I Build Every Single One From Scratch. Like I Said I Really Am Sorry For What I Said.. I Hope You Can Find A Way To Forgive Me, And I Forgot To Say That His Canter Looks So Smooth For A Small.. Lucky Dog! Lol..

  • I Was A Bit Harsh, Huh.. When I Read This It Made Me Very Upset. I Was Angry That You Would Say That About A Circuit And Judges That You Didnt Know Anything About. I Didnt Mean That He Had Bad Conformation.. He Is Cute But Compared To The Top Two Placing Ponies He Isnt Built Quite As Hunter-y. Im Sorry For Offending You I Didnt Mean What I Said, It Is Just What Came Out Because It Really Upset Me..

  • EXCUSE ME......But if this pony was "knocked"down for comformation Than why in the Hell was he Reserve Surpreme Champion At a previous Welsh Show? We may Not be regulars However we did take first in Sec A Gelding and also champion sec A gelding.

  • I wish they did adult classes in equitation on ponies here....I'm quite small and it sucks that I cant ride a pony because I'm over 16
