Here Pat Mahoney is doing a double on jerks with 140kg. This is an exercise that is done every Wednesday and lifters have the option of jerking from the front or from the back. Here Pat is focusing on his positions, the first one he crossed his hips but on the second attempt he made the adjustment for a solid jerk.
