This is a great workout using kettle bells. 4 exercises are done back-to-back for a total body muscle workout. Great for shoulders and for athletes who play sports such as volleyball, baseball/softball, and for swimmers. The swinging of the kettle bell targets the core and allows your body to get a functional workout. Do this workout when you can't get to the gym.
