Hey mr Jimmy, I'm scared, please help me out. I've been following a low carb diet for a few months now and just 4 weeks ago, I have just been getting an oily film on my urine non-stop. It has happened to me before whenever I take Carnitine Tartrate but the oily urine disappears a day after stopping it. Now I don't take Carn anymore to check if the oiliness would stop but still hasn't for 4 wks :( I don't have insurance atm. My lower back is also mildly hurting. HELP! :(
