Support your claims, state some facts.
like how he set it so the govt refused to pay their part of the coverage to the hospitals for most of the 30 baht thing, so the hospitals, were forced to make a choice, reduce treatment costs(aka cheap crappy treatment), or bankruptcy.
and so Tuksin came out looking like a good guy while the hospitals took the blame.
