these are individual frames strung together in post. I have a GH1 too... you can't get over half a second shutter in video mode... this is 10 seconds per exposure!

@milapse great time lapse series ,did you use a seperate timer ? or is there an in camera setting.i am searching the GH1 info ,do you know if the GH1 can do auto time lapse exposures. should i be looking for a seperate cable release like the canon ? many thanks neil

you'll need an external interval timer.. just search ebay for "GH1 timer" or "G1 timer" - strangely enough Panasonic does not make one...

you think that timer remote's gonna work with the panasonic DMC- L10?

I guess so... ? the panasonics are a little strange in the fact that they are looking for a resistor inline (rather than a closed loop) and a 4 pole pin. If it has a mini jack plug you should be good to go.
