No if it is wrong for a "central" government to take away liberty than it is wrong for a "state" government to take it away. It is the state government that should leave the individual alone. You are moving the burden of proof. The Civil Rights Act took away some liberty and segregation was done through the State.

States should be able to take away liberties rather than federal gov. If you dont like one state go to another.

I have noticed that CNN Is giving the best interviews/airtime to Ron Paul in comparison to other Media Outlets.
Any Airtime is good for Ron Paul! I saw him on O'Reilly when they were bashing him as always, and ended up getting on the Wikipedia and finding out who this guy is. I liked what I saw and gave him some money.
I'll be giving him more on Martin Luther King day :)

Ron Paul has been saying the same message for over 28 years. He ran for President in 1988 on the same ideals and platform. His message is getting out now because of the internet and Bush's total lack of respect for the American people and the Constitution. People are finally getting the message that Ron Paul has been right all this time.
