A MARC Passenger who just got off his train is crossing the tracks illegally. The MARC Cab car blows his horn but the guy doesnt suspect anything of it cause who would think of hearing a train horn at a train station? Just a really close call.

@Mgorman87 At that speed, it's dangerous. One trip on the rails (he had his hands busy) and he could have been screwed. That's why the cab car honked at him to get his attention that there was another train.

This is a dangerous rail corridor with so many Amtrak and MARC trains in the area. As such, there are no railroad crossings at grade and everything is either bridge or underpass on the Northeast Corridor.
Crossing the Northeast Corridor tracks at a place where you are not supposed to be is not only trespassing, it can be deadly. As Operation Lifesaver says: Stay Off! Stay Away! Stay Alive!

he probably isnt even dumb after he saw the first train go by (not knowing about the 2nd) he thought it was safe to cross, at the time he made it half way across the first train was probably still blocking his vision of the first so he kept walking

How will you get across from one side of the platform if there is no underpass or overpass..??? So stop with all these racist and no sense comments .

@TEMPLE7D You sir are wrong. There is an underpass about 20 feet from the platform. Make sure you know what you are talking about before you try and say something wrong.
