but I get up eat and then I lay down again.

Yeah, she usually kicks during breakfast, but if I wait to long, she will kick me demanding I feed her. Lol.

it's weird because i had heart burn for a couple of days when i was like 12 or 13 weeks and then it went away. I'm sure it might come back though later on in the pregnancy. They say milk help but i don't like milk only in my cereal or if its chocolate.

I didn't know milked help. I usually eat cereal everyday, but didn't eat it for a few days because I was too lazy to go to the store. Lol.

But maybe since I have been eating it daily again, it is helping keep it under control.

When i had heartburn it was so bad because i had never had it before either but mine has gone away hopefully yours does as well!

Thanks, It was really bad for about a week, it has calmed down. Hopefully the worst is over.

I got heartburn in the 1st trimester.

havent had heartburn now..and im 26 weeks.

I only drink milk the same as you! lol

white milk just makes me gag...ew!

yeah heartburn was a lot like morning sickness was for me it only lasted a while. Congrats on the pregnancy!
