Mexico has over 50 million. Jamaica around 2.5 million.
Cuba, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Guyana per capita more champs than Mexcio.
The Caribbean has the most champs per capita.

its to bad vargas was to prideful to be a great fighter. he talked all this shit about being a real mexican and every big fight he was in he lost. the wright fight was a gift. the only named guy he beat was Quartey. trinidad lost, de la hoya lost ( on steroids) mosley lost, even mayorga whooped that ass. if he was not so flat footed he might of been better. less anger more smarts and a better corner might have took him further along.
