I was at this concert on August 6 1972. It was a fantastic concert. I wish I could have seen them in person with Duane (he died 10 months earlier and Berry died only two months after this concert). I'm glad I got to see them with Berry.
wow, the song is dead without Duanes guitar. Dickey's is great but I'm so used to hearing Duane's guitar blowing the roof off the place. Duane and Dickey were the best guitar duo in rock I believe. The Fillmore gigs were historical and mind blowing. I LOVE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE THE BEST EVER AT THERE STYLE OF MUSIC. MAY THEY PLAY ON UNTIL THEY'RE OLD
Thanks for posting, it's great to hear The Brothers from the early days. It's so sad without Duane, still Dickey, Berry and remaining did a great job keeping it together.

The Allman Brothers Band is unlike any other band that ever formed because they were able to stay together after both Duane and Berry passed away.
