  • I've been doing it for 6 years. I have taken a break though because of some injuries. This was a downgragded routine though, and my highest degree of difficulty was an 11.6.

  • wow i remember watching this routine back when i was still quite young (about 4 years ago). I was seriously impressed! I'm still impressed now haha. Can do the stuff in the first routine, but not the second routine (stopped training already). Are you still doing gym?

    doesnt give me much bounce otherwise id hit the roof
