aDGBD capoed 2 to be aEAC#E. The A part is played once simply to demonstrate the transition to the B part. I have another video here somewhere in which I play the A part this way and, less efficiently, by moving up and down the neck. The banjo is the Ode I bought new in 1964. It was the closest thing handy in this tuning...
