Animal Olympians: Featherweight boxing. A maritime creature that is 4 inches long and more powerful than a point 22 calibre pistol. Big things certainly do come in small packages!

1000 centimeters per second = 10 meters per second. 10 meters x 60 seconds = 600 meters per minute. 600 meters = 1800 feet approximately 1/3 of a mile. So it takes 3 minutes to travel 1 mile. That's about 20 mph. I'm sure it stings and would do a little damage but I don't see how it would compare to a bullet fired from a gun.

Psh, didn't you get the memo? these animals punch with a force equal to a 20 Cal. bullet. If that thing hits you hand, you're sure to lose a finger.

I dare you to put your hand in the tank with one and keep pestering it until it strikes your fingers with it's hammers, and have it on youtube.

each one of it's bludgeoning appendages delivers force equivalent to a .22 rifle. In general broken bones and probably bruised internal organs. Smaller bones could be completely shattered (like those in the hands) and a headshot would be potentially fatal.
