  • ok sorry to be annoying but i really need advice on how much this game would lag on my system. my specs are:

    Intel Core 2 Duo E6320 1.8Ghz

    NVIDIA 8400

    2GB RAM

    Vista 32bit Home Premium

  • @spoofmasters1

In my opinion, you'll be lucky if ur even able to play it at all

  • Have you tried OCing that card? I pencil-modded and Oc'd the hell out of my evga 8600gt.

Got it up to 864/1890/942 STABLE! The only problem is my Pentium 4 3.2 w/ HT @ 4 ghz bottlenecks at low resolutions. :(

  • WEll... I'm running a HD4850 now :D

  • Your PC sux, just so you know :)

  • You suck... Just so u know :)

  • nice driving dude

  • @MathWhiz234 No, get a PowerPC Mac G3, with PC133 x 4 slots! AGP ATI Rage card too, nice!!

  • @LoveOlderWomen My copy of San Andreas runs slower the more action is on screen, the more elements, it's not a port thing is it? Perhaps, but things that you say are lagging, on consoles I see is textures loading and when it gets real bad, the game freezes, and that's no good!

  • @WoWrazor544 Why? 2GB RAM is good, 8 series should work, but 8600 is the minimum spec'd, and Dual core is supported, preferred over 2Ghz clock though, a good bet.

  • @FrosDOwnz 3.2Hyper Thread may simulate two core in Windows, but it's still threads on a single core die. The Pentium D is a Dual core, but not the Core2Duo technology. There is also Intel Centrino Duo, which I have on my Acer laptop, still not Core2Duo but at 2Ghz per core, and MXM card options on some mobos, you can game with them as well!

  • @AustralianRoflers I got a 3400+ AMD64 on 939 nForce4 board, now that's kickin it old skool

  • I bought an 8600 because I found one cheap, that's all you need for most, however, it's an 8 series, and SERIES is often important for GPU picking, but it doesn't mean all you can expect is on tap

  • @spoofmasters1 don't feel bad if the game lags because it really does lag even with a high end pc... i have the highest PC specs you can possibly find at the moment which i built specifically on gaming purposes but this game still lags in some part of the map... GTA4 lags on my Xbox360 it lags on my PS3... i don't know what's wrong with this game because the other games i'm playing even the latest ones with better graphics run smoothly except GTA4.

  • Hey man love your vids but will i be able to play this game smoothly?

    Intel core i7 980X extreme edition@4.32 ghz

Sli nvidia gtx 480 3 gb total

    12 gb ddr3 ram

    Thanks!

  • you are terible driver :S .
