The Conservative Party have confirmed that they will cancel the Government's planned increase in the small companies tax rate, and cut the rate instead.

During one of the deepest recessions that the UK has witnessed, how can you the Prime Minister of this country and your cabinet justify such an increase at a time when the majority of businesses are struggling to remain operational?
