  • ugh am I the only person who didn't find this movie scary?

  • For me, it wasn't the movie that was scary, it was just some of the ideas behind what took place. Like... what really happens while you're asleep? Would it not scare every hair follicle out of yer eyebrow (the left one) if you woke up to find yourself being dragged out of bed by the leg... by nothing?

  • Blimey, chum! Where the heck 'ave you been, young chap? Putting in the old two pence on the motion picture, aye what, old trench?

  • I'm just flabbergasted by the things that you say... :-) Pineapple Express. :-)

  • PA's success was because of it's marketing. It's not real, it's "Based on events". People didn't see the small print and saw it on instinct due to the advertising.

The movie itself was boring, but people who expected it to be real were glued to their seats.

  • Even if none of the other stuff about Steve was true. And people would totally come see Steve's movie. Right? :-)

  • you should watch the changeling with George C Scott it was miles better than this movie

  • @Gilch30

im am idiot because im not a brainwashed robot like you? Shitload of money? No, Avatar made a shitload of money. When it's all said and done, they didn't make a shit load of money. If you're scared of 2 hours of doors shutting on film, then you're the type of tool that is the reason why horror movies are not stepping up the scare factor because you people buy into this type of shit and eat it all up.

  • @heat4yoass You are an idiot, If people thought the film was boring and bad, why has the sequel made a shitload of money in just one day, over 20 million. Face it, most people were scared by this movie and you are just not intelligent enough to understand it

  • I don't know why, but I haven't really heard anyone mention Katie's soul shattering scream near the end of the film.

  • this movie is one of those where if you sit through the whole thing and pay close attention, you'll be quite scared.

  • "The Legend of Boggy Creek" (1972) was the grandaddy of all these films solely based from a camera's point of view. "Boggy Creek" inspired "The Blair Witch Project", then droves of copycats came pouring out, including "Cloverfield", "Quarantine", "Paranormal Activity" and now "Catfish" (2010).

I thought "Paranormal Activity" was pretty average, with the flour/footprints scene being the scariest and the best. Those footprints were very clever, and that was all.

  • the movie was so boring i lafed when they died

  • 5 stars for you. Want more paranormal activity. Check us out this real paranormal activity. Not a movie yet. Annie
