98 Eclipse HID and LED lighting strobe effects

Showing off my 98 EClipse with a few special strobe effects. I use pulse width modulators on the HID bi-xenon shutters to "strobe" the headlights at about 15Hz. At remote start, fog lights and headlight sturn on after a brief staggered delay. The headlight stutter can be triggered by remote also. The LED Tail light strobes are just a few more mods to my existing full LED conversion. Tail lamps strobe full brightness at 17Hz while back up lights interplay during normal road hazard switch activation. Back up lights are over 1000 lumens outout usinf Rebel LEDs and special drive circuits that pulse them every three seconds during use.

You can't do this mod with cheap PNP HID bulb kits. You need to install real bi-xenon projectors to get this effect.

Yes, you must have a bi-xenon shutter in order to make this trick work.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS TO GET THE SHUTTER EFFECT??? I HID'S ON MY 98 STANG BUT THEY ARE ONLY SINGLE BEAM LIGHTS.. IF U HAVE ANY INFO GET BACK AT ME PLZ.. THANKS
