I have naturally BLUE eyes.

These contact lenses are:
IMAGES COLORS: DARK BROWN CONTACT LENSES
(MONTHLY DISPOSABLE: PRECRIPTION)

The lenses are OPAQUE (full block colour), so rather than enhance your natural eye colour, they dramatically change the eye colour.

Thanks for looking!

  • OMG I love you :DD I've been looking for some results of Images Colors for ages! They look really pretty and natural, are they comfortable?

  • Thank you for your comment :)

They do look pretty natural, quite a dark shade of brown.

I usually wear daily disposable lenses by ACUVUE... IMAGES COLORS are monthly disposable - I notice they do get quite dry after about 5 hours of wear, they are quite comfortable though.

Have you seen my post for the HAZEL coloured lenses?

  • I have tried Expressions in Brown and there seems to be a substantial clear ring in the middle so you will see the brown iris, then the ring of natural blue iris peeking through and then the black pupil.

They are also not very dark brown. Not nearly as dark as the Images that you are wearing there. They are more of a "honey" tone and almost appear kind of reddish in direct sunlight. You might like them as everyone is a little different.

  • Thank you for letting me know.

  • Thanks. I did actually go ahead and order them today. How do they look when you have direct sunlight on them? Do you see a little circle of blue iris in the middle where the clear center is? In your video they look as if they are flush up against your pupil and appear completely natural but you are also in slightly dimmer light.

Sorry for so many questions. lol

This is my last since I ordered them so it wont matter.

  • No probs...

There is a slight ring around my pupil that shows a little of the natural blue iris, not quite flush, but it's so thin that it's only noticeable really when you're really studying the eye.

Best of luck with the lenses. Also noticed another brand: CooperVision EXPRESSIONS COLORS... I'm going to be ordering a pair of them soon in BROWN and maybe also HAZEL & GREEN. Will post up a shot of how they are, so watch this space :)

  • thanks so much for sharing this video! the music sounds funny and random lol they look the colour i want! can you please tell me the site where i can buy these in the uk and how much they are? thanks :)

  • They are incredibly light and comfortable but that could be because Im used to wearing theatrical contacts which are VERY heavy lol.

They are a wonderful fit and the pupil is flush up against the brown color so that looks very natural but I wish they were slightly darker.

They look exactly like yours in the video which means we have probably pretty close to the same shade of blue.

I will get some use out of these and they look nice with dark eye liner and heavy mascara. Thanks!

  • Yes, I've seen the hazels but I like the browns better, just ordered them yestarday :) Thanks for your help!

  • Yes 14.2 on the box. They do cover the irises completely (slightly too big really).

One tip though, in each pack of lenses there are TWO lenses supplied (in the same strength/prescription)... I'm -2.75 in one eye, -3.00 in the other... so to save on the cost I only ordered one pack of lenses in one strength -2.75 (as it was a trial run and wanted to see how dark the lenses really were).

    Hope this helps!
