The main purpose of this algorithm is to improve the simulation of the human ear. Accurate reproduction of the sound allows the brain to hear a 3D effect.

It's amazing that there is next to *nothing* on the internet about this recording, its techniques and what it truly is. What little information there is talks about "algorithms" and hearing aid techniques - both of which have nothing to do with this actual recording, what it is and what technology it uses. wtf. where's the info?
