Path to "JavaApplicationStub":
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Resources/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub
Make sure you are starting from you Hard Drive, and not your Home Folder.
If you still don't manage to get there, go in the Finder's "Go" menu, choose "Go to Folder..." and paste the above path, without "JavaApplicationStub", because the Finder wants to open a folder, not a file.

I have 64bit and I downloaded 64bit java but when I go into minecraft it says"fancy graphics is recommended for 64bit java. You have 32bit.
