These are 18 wheelers that illegally cut thru neighborhood in Houston, Texas, Wycliffe subdivision. In doing so, they have destroyed water viaducts, and collasped water meters, destroyed curbs and sidewalks on corners. This particular one had a cardboard sign taped to side with L & J Express Company! Most come from Upland street. There are posted signs with NO TRUCKS ALLOWED on every entrance to subdivision. I counted 4 in one Thursday morning while cutting grass plowing thru. So figured would post the videos here on youtube. Houston Police Truck Enforcement is non existent. Residents have put up pilings or large rocks to keep trucks from turning, and driving onto their property. Will I guess post more of these time permitting, hopefully those companies will get fined, or have to pay for damage to drainage, sidewalks and curbs they have destroyed. That is, if they are real trucking firm, not cardboard sign taped to 18 wheeler!
