RIP Ron Carey--His strength & wisdom could have used a larger mirror--Would the dark powers had not conspired to his detriment--

RIP Ron Carey. You were a great Teamster. One of the best ever. You were smart, tough, honest, and you always remembered that you worked for the Teamsters rank-and-file. You earned your way to the top. Hoffa Junior's only qualification to be the Teamsters General President was his name.

Too many unaware part-timers to vote anything down these days. Most of the hub I work in don't even know who Ron Carey is. Those good ole days of union solidarity are over.

In my eyes the IBT has sold out why do they want to support a bogas contract like this? it will screw the incomming part timers and soon to come after the full timers and retiree's. All the years I have been working for this company we never took the first contract why start now. IBT get your hand out of UPS'S pocket and your head out of your asses.UPS FOLKS VOTE NO ON THIS CONTRACT!!!
