So many questions... you must be a n00b to tech shit. Also (the origianl) Counterstrike has been around since 2000 so its not that hard to run iton an EEE PC considering it would have been an awesome gaming machine maybe 9 years ago.

not necessarily, all you have to do it strip down to the bare essentials. many people have and it is known as xp lite and fits fine

How did you install Counterstrike on your computer? Was it easy to install steam? I don't have a external optical drive. What screen resolution did you run Counterstrike on? Did you use any software mods to overclock?
