  • I'll never forget my 50th birthday my man took me to the carter barron and we were waiting for the show to start to line up and he burst out and sang oh what a night right along with the song on the radio. I was shocked as hell and really didn't realize this man can sing baby i mean singgggggggggggg. People were applauding. It was as though this was staged but no. The Dells as I remember their first song in the sixties my aunt played stay in my corner. wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

  • This song was #10 on "The Dells - I Salute You" 40th Anniversary CD in 1992. Yes you're right it should have gotten air time along with several other tunes on that CD. It was produced by Gamble & Huff. Hope that helps.
