try to press the volume up, the off button and the big sqaure button at the same time, wait until the samsung logo comes up and release it, you should (if you time it right) be in boot mode, then restore factory settings will get rid of all changes, i think.

after I rooted using Odin and I booted up my phone it won't go further than the samsung startup logo.
