According to Deborah Mitford, the Dowager Duchess of Devonshire, this is the BEST textbook on business administration. I would add this is also explains the classic free market model perfectly.

Narrator's voice doesn't suit it, sorry. Doesn't work for me. Great story, but just the voice doesn't work.

You can please all of the people some (maybe) of the time, you can please some of the people all of the time (hopefully), but you can not please all of the people all of the time (certainly). Anyway I can't change my voice (much) so there's no point in redoing it, and, Monk, you don't have to watch ;)
