Hi -- it's not a wedding it's a festival in Brighton, UK, and yes the bass line is the same as Chan Chan
The alto sax player is Merlin Shepherd, he's just recorded with the Former Soviet Union Klezmer Allstars -- CDs and more info at myspace merlinshepherdkapelye
