A very underrated movie. But, i suggest you get the prequel graphic novel to get the full experience.

He wrote "Domino" for Tony Scott, so maybe that's what it actually turned out to be......thank god haha

Southland Tales was brilliant, says me. You obviously missed it completely, as evident by your 'big act 'ollywood rubbish' remark. The movie plays on exaggerations and ridiculousness; it's sort of the point. But hey, I realize taking a shit on everything effectively makes one an official 'cool guy.'

I think Southland Tales is absolute Shite, a complete barrage of pretentious big act 'ollywood rubbish.
Donnie Darko was a great film, without everything explained it made for such an interesting film, special and subtle.
DD 2 went straight to DVD in England
