I just want to say, I was one of these people. I spent almost 2 years on the streets of Ventura. I was lucky enough to get out in 2006. Now I live out of state with my husband and kids in a nice home, I am currently working on my Bachelors degree in nursing. I remember what it felt like just to want SO BAD to just have a place of my own to sit down...so simple right...somepleace i didnt always need to watch my back.....people CAN recover with the grace of God!!!!!!
