you carb intake looks like gas leaking down the manifold, air leak there? Once you get the fuel pump in start it up, i bet it will run longer once you get all the air bubbles out of the lines. Then once it stays running squirt carb cleaner around the intake gaskets, RPM changes you are going to have to replace them.
