There is absolutely nooo way I could live in that mess. I live in West Virginia, and I thought the winters here were bad. It's winder there all the time.

i was in a phase 2 and i couldn't see the truck in front of me it all depends on if a phase 3 has been called yet or not so it may technically be classed as a phase 3 it might not actually be to that level yet or it may have even calmed down
