The reason that the situation in Gaza is far worse than in the West Bank is because the Palestinians in Gaza elected the terror organization Hamas and in the West Bank rules the secular PLO party. Although I agree they are corrupted and have a hand in the bad economic situation in the territories, they still are much better than a religious Muslim government who spends more money on terror and weapons, instead of wellfare.
