I just want to say how proud I am of the men and women who work for the United States Millitary and fighting for our freedom. I don't like the idea of countries going to war against other countries, but if it has to be done, then it has to be done. I wish that the Iraq and Afaghastain wars world end right now and everybody would just all get along and agree to disagree.
Loved the song and it means so much to me as a veteran and also having family who are veterans now and realizing what they went through while I was gone. I now understand the never ending fear and prayers you give every day for their safety. This song really hit home for me...thank you Paul and Julia!!
I was sooooooooooooooooo into Paul Rieser on The Talk. I immediately watched the video and now am trying to find the album. Talk about getting you to tears! LOVE it!
I saw Paul Reiser on "The Talk" yesterday and hearing the background of how this magnificent song came about, hurried to YouTube to hear it for myself. It is absolutely extraordinary!!!! It is a song we should bookmark on our computers and play periodically "lest we forget" what is happening beyond our little world - the drama of the soldiers and their families - their courage and their love. Thank you Paul & Julia.
How time flies. It's been a year since this was released.
