I eventually received the correct controller which fixed my problem. It's just now getting chilly in Austin, so I'll be interested to see how it holds up this winter.

I have this vest, this review is spot on.
I was super happy with it until it failed suddenly.
It has a 3 year warranty through the selling dealer. My dealer talked to Tourmaster who said it was probably the controller.
They sent me a new controller, but it was the wrong one. It's been several months and Tourmaster is unable to send the correct one.
I hope Tourmaster can send a new controller soon.
Buy one size smaller than you think, this needs to fit tightly.
