  • Helmet? what is wrong with people..

  • Ya well I agree with the lady who said shes not ready!!!!! Do u know how young that horse is!!?? I could even tell she got spunky and lifted her ears the wrong way when the women flicked that bag at the horse... Not good!

  • What the hell? The person on the ground should've been leading her...Not flapping a bag on the ground. Yes,we have used the paper bag trick to desensitize a horse...but never for a green horse being rode for the first time. And at :18 the person on the ground had the bag in front of the horse's face while she was bolting...That was not smart at all,and probably worsened the situation. The bag should've never been in there. and the so called "trainer" was a terrible rider. :/

  • @3beeme Yes, but why take the chance? If there was no rider then it would be a different story.

  • @3beeme I would hide the bag behind me or at least keep it down because it's putting the person on the horse at further risk. I don't know exactly what they have done, but it's important to work with the horse without a person on it first, getting the horse used to the bag, then moving to working with the horse while on it. Reward the horse when he's focused on you with a bag waving around, and if he doesn't then do a little more work to get the horse back on track. Works for me.

  • @3beeme The issue isn't really waving the plastic bag around. That I understand. It was raising the bag when the horse was spooked and running. They should get the bag out of the horse's view (Even if it's putting it behind your back), not raising something that scares the horse

  • I think the trainer was the one holding the camera... When a horse is spooked you don't yell. I have to catch myself sometimes when my horse is trying to spook and try not to yell out shocked. okay.... i'm done now.

  • How dare she call herself a trainer, even less an amazing. Any good trainer knows when to puch the horse and rider and when to retreat to let the horse and rider some time to figure it out. I'm extremenly disappointed as should be the trainer. P.S. hackamores are used on finished horses not one in training.

  • @LoveRockStarPrincess When you're training a horse to neck rein, that's how it's supposed to look.
