  • What is the name of the song at the end of this video?

  • scratch.

  • Is this South Pasadena High?

  • stop hating that was a really good flip and actually a pretty decent jump too maybe 16 feet.

  • gay fake

  • that looks more like 24 inchies not feet.

  • @dutchpuppy2 I cant believe i actually read all of your posts to me, you are just silly. i think you are just trollin

  • @PowerSprinter In high school and college, (only ran one season in college, btw) neither of my coaches knew anything about jumps. I coached myself and had no idea of what to do. I jumped once in a meet in high school and I think twice in college. The somersault was banned, our college hired a middle school teacher as a new coach and knew even less about jumps than our previous coach. I quit and concentrated on keeping my academic/NROTC scholarship, instead.

  • @PowerSprinter As for the one foot, there is a simple thing you can do and see the "instant" rotation. I don't know if you have high jumped, when you drive your knee upward along with your arms? In the high jump, the back arches and this cancels out the rotation.

  • @PowerSprinter Jog along and then bring your knee close to your chest as though you are going to high jump. Drive your arms upward, too, but not as high as in the high jump, say to eye level. If you don't arch your back, just keeping the torso at the same angle you run at, you will start to rotate forward, roughly 90 degrees.
