The Stench of Truth 195 EXCESSIVE PROFANITY IN THIS VIDEO, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! According to official numbers new unemployment claims amounted to 554,000. The total on the rolls fell slightly but that number is still around 6.2 million people out of work. The unemployment rate is around 9%, officially, in the US, although some areas are close to 10%. I say what has Obama done to help that? Hundreds of billions to foreign banks! Hundreds of billions to US banks and financial institutions while the employment situation is this country goes to hell.

  • If you haven't even read the damn thing, then what the hell are you doing discussing it? You think that you being clueless is somehow going to provide you an insight into what you don't know?

  • I know enough about what is in it to know I don't support it. I support single payer, expanded and improved Medicare for all. It's not in there, I don't like it. That's enough, but there's more.

  • In the age of instant gratification stupid cunts everywhere expect everything to work now.

Sorry, there's eight years of Bush fuck ups to tidy up. Patience is a virtue, morons.

  • You know that would be a fine argument to make if Obama had actually passed anything that was not the same thing as Bush. Or had he done what he said he was going to do in the instances when he has had the chance. Or if he would have given a damn for the people in this country instead of feeding Wall Street more money. He's failed at everything so far why give him more time to make it worse?

  • Hysterical! "his bill which is 1100 fucking pages, gimme me a break" Where were you when the Patriot Act was rammed through idiot? Where was the righteous indignation when a budget surplus became the largest government debt in history? all this before 911. Did you notice that the worst economic indicators were in January? last month of the Bush administration? Republican plan: let insurance companies rip us off, forcing corporations to close here but hey lets give them a tax break when they do.

  • I was not making videos that's true. But I was opposed to that just as much as I am to Obama's similar tactics. I also do not support any Republican plan, I am for single payer, Medicare (improved and expanded) for all.

  • The reason unemployment levels fell is because when a persons Benifits run out they no longer are counted as being unemployed. They are put on the list as being back to work.I was counted as being back to work years ago when my benifits ran out.Its just a big scam.

  • Great Vid. A bit of criticism. Not enough f bombs. Try to turn that up because we really are that fucking screwed.

  • 6.2 million -- of which I am one -- are not just unemployed, we have opted to go "back: to school to hone our skills in order that we will be marketable. That takes time, you fool of a ignoramous.
