It occurred to me today that, not only is the PERSON a "graven image," which means, literally, a dead human, but also a Voodoo Doll for the Elite. Add a picture and a piece of hair to the poppet (thumbprint, blood,urine at DMV?), and they can activate their black magic...creeps me out. A look in Webster's dictionary reveals the origin of the word "person," which literally means "the mask an actor wears." The legislature creates the office of "person" which is a mask. They cannot create real people, only God can do that. But they can create the "office" of "person." Then they persuade a flesh and blood human being to put on that mask by offering a fictitious privilege, such as a driver license.
When we fail to distinguish the "people" from the "person," and assume our proper role relative to this entity, the legislature has gained complete control over both the mask and the actor behind the mask.
The modern "strawman" is more than a mask. It is a corporation, a franchise, of the bigger corp. dba The Govt of the U.S.of A. This franchise, like any corporation, has three types of job that it offers to the man or woman whose name it bears: Administrator, Shareholder, and Employee (see Dean Clifford for more http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lhPhos88_g). Our role relative to this franchise, by default, is Administrator.
For example, the flesh and blood woman, Jane of the Family Doe, is the Administrator, by default, relative to the franchise named JANE DOE.
This franchise is subject to the control of the Federal Corporation that created it. This is why The Matrix is a prison for our minds. To be free, we must first recognize the situation, and step out of the political and legal matrix into the real world. Now, we have "standing" as the sovereign rather than the subject.
The franchise, being a corporation, is subject to regulation by code, statute, and ordinance. However, we the people, being real, are subject only to God and the common law: don't hurt anyone. No victim, no crime. The goal is to get off the elite's chessboard where we are mere pawns and into the real world where we are the elite's equals.

One of the very first of your STATE statutes will have a section listed entitled "Definitions." Carefully study this section.

If you read the statute laws enacted by your STATE legislature you will notice that they are all written with phrases similar to these examples :
A person commits the offense of failure to carry a license if the person ...
A person commits the offense of failure to register a vehicle if the person ...
A person commits the offense of breathing if the person ...
Notice that only "persons" can commit these STATE legislature created crimes. A crime is an offense committed against the "STATE."
