both gain and gain boosts on 10, treb and bass on or about 1 o'clock, sorry i can't give specifics, but i haven't used that pedal in over a year :) great sounding box though

The tapping in the intro is not quite right.
It's played
14-7-10 (where you tap the 14th fret, release to 7th and then hammer on 10th)
Not descending 14-10-7, like you play it.
