Andy Andrews - Interviews Blind Climber, Erik Weihenmayer
Andy Andrews interviews Erik Weihenmayer and they talk about accepting responsibility, the power of persistence and how to channel fear into actions. By the age of 13 Eric had lost his sight due to a rare disease called retina skesis. But, it's what he's done since then that's gained him national attention. Erik is also a prolific speaker and author of two books.

I'm assuming the commenter above was making a crack about the news reporter mistake viral video. I know that's fairly obvious and probably everyone has seen it, I'm just saying calm down; even Weihenmayer thought that was funny.
