No Rest Day for this lady! Brought it with X Stretch today, Day 42. Looking forward to next week. I will be traveling to a place later this week where I won't have access to a pull-up bar. For this reason, I've rearranged my workout sessions for this week as follows:
Day 1 - Tues: Back & Biceps, Ab Ripper X
Day 2 - Wed: Plyometrics
Day 3 - Thurs: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
Day 4 - Fri: Yoga X
Day 5 - Sat: Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps, Ab Ripper X
Day 6 - Sun: Kenpo X
Day 7 - Mon: X Stretch
