Fallout New Vegas: Finding and killing the Deathclaw Mother on very hard difficulty

Shows how to find and kill the Deathclaw Mother on very hard. I used the sniper rifle with a silencer and armor piercing rounds. Along with the Anti-material rifle with armor piercing rounds. My companions where Boone and ED-E. I was at level 24 when I did this, probably a bit higher then I needed to be to complete it.

i am lvl 30 i have the best armour in the game power armour + helmet (right?) fully repaired and it on hit killed me....

You can do that with any weapon, you just have to have the Bloody Mess Perk.

i killed them with antimaterial rifle with stealth-boy on crane

The only real way to kill any Deathclaw is with long ranged weapons that's all I and every other person i have seen can do.

i wasnt hiding i was going in with the sniper and anit rifle and i had lily and ede on my side
