Years ago I used to do this, see how long I could keep them on the phone,record 47 minutes. As someone else said, you really want to get them to swear if you can, then get it escalated to supervisor/manager so you can wind em up at several levels. How dare these wankers invade our lives

The goal of winding up a telemarketer should always, always be to get THEM to tell YOU to fuck off. 9/10 times I just say well sorry, not interested and if they persist I just say fuck off.
But if you're up for keeping them on the phone long enough, ask them enough questions and can catch them out on how their deal is worse than your current one you could be on to a winner. I once got an American woman screaming "fuck you! fuck off!". Wish I'd bloody recorded it.
