The man who helped the one that was in the hole could be an atheist. For him, the cross was not sacred, but a material, strong support for tying the rope. Good actions, not praying, changes the world and make it a better place.

Of course I'm being provocative, but although the video intends to be a metaphor, it shows misconception and prejudice against other religions. Any good person, with or without religious faith would have helped the poor guy in the hole imeediately, the way he/she could.

Other religions are shown as a caricature, a travesty. But the christian could also be portraited as praying on his knees for something supernatural to occur. (cont)

@aac49 I really don't think the video misconceives the other religions, in fact at no point does it say a Mormon, Budist, or Christian. We as humans make those Judgments. I think you make some good points, but as "caricature" I think not. I think this video uplifts, and validates several feelings of ones faith. To watch something and realize, "wow, thats what Jesus did for me."

I'm glad this video can open our eyes even more, and realize that we serve the King of kings, Lord of lords and God of gods...

Loved it! The moral is: We are stuck in this world, with sin of all kinds, doomed to die and going to hell. But Jesus, our saviour, came by and layed down his life so we WOULDN'T have to go to hell. He came down from heaven to die for you and for me. He had no sin, yet he was killed for our transgressions, and for our iniquities. He died so we might live. If you don't know Jesus who died for you, Please, find him. Ask him into your heart today before it's too late. God bless!

I'm struck by brilliance behind this. It's a perfect illustration, truly. I had one of my friends with me, and we were watching this... she turned to me. and said... I understand now. (she was confused with the Bible) Wonderful you posted this!!! A great, great, great concept here. It's nice to know we have a freedom! a savior!
