Sup, peoples... Time for part two of one of Bob Stewart's unsung game show classics, GO. Coming from the week of 12/19/83-12/23/83, this episode features celebrity panelists Constance McCashin, who played TV's Laura Avery on Knot's Landing, and Trapper John M.D.'s Jackpot, Brian Mitchell! So far, the red team, who has already won $10,000+ previously, is leading with 250 very valuable points. Will Constance's blue team be able to bounce back? Let's check it out!

Btw, guys, sorry for the brief loss of picture at 1:32...

  • @ChihuahuaboyDH And also, the original Chain Reaction used the same clock sound and also Double Talk. I don't think Shoot for the Stars used the same clock sound. But the buzzer isn't the same as either the 70s or 80s versions of Pyramid (each version used a different buzzer).

  • I cant believe that lady didnt know Liz Taylor starred in National Velvet

  • I previously stated in an earlier post regarding this game show, that "GO" was a Merrill-Heatter produced program. In fact, this is a Bob Stewart production, as I can tell by the time clock & buzzer sounds used in "The $10,000/$25,000 Pyramid".

Also, I thought Kevin O'Connell was from Chicago, due to his accent. He was actually born & raised in Buffalo, New York.

I wasn't aware that Buffaloans spoke with a Chicago-esque accent!

  • It bears repeating: What a shame this game didn't get a chance beyond 13 weeks. It's fast-paced, it can be really funny, and what a great example of teamwork (and a certain about of telepathy). And look at the sheer celebration on the faces of the red team when they win Round 2.

  • Christine Schweers 12/7

  • Another gr8 episode!! Good work gslvr86.
