  • Why then did Michael Jackson repeatedly say in several interviews that he was proud of his African-American heritage? And also mention of the skin diseases which he suffered from?

    Granted he had plastic surgery - for changing what - how can we be sure it was just to please himself and for simple looking more white?

    If you ask me - if I was African background and wanted to look Caucasian - I sure wouldn't do what MJ did or what he endured...

    My heart goes out to MJ ...his legacy = what matters

  • Brava, Dr. Rose. White America had PLENTY to say about Michael's demise and death-but they certainly didn't wanna go HERE. It was the big bleached-skin elephant in the room. Still is.
